Adhoc

£30 p/hour (inclusive)

No hidden extras - you just pay for the time you need.*

Working with me on an adhoc basis is a great introduction to how we can work together.

It's also the perfect option if you just need help on a one-off project or task.

*Deposit of £90 (3 hours) required upfront before work commences.

Retainer

£30 p/hour (inclusive)

If you want to guarantee my time each month, then working on a retainer basis is the option for you.

Available in 5-hour blocks, you can use your hours however you see fit.*

5 hours = £150 p/month

10 hours = £300 p/month

15 hours = £450 p/month

20 hours = £600 p/month

*Must be paid in full at the start of each month. Hours cannot be rolled over into the following month.

Includes:

Create & organise folder structure
Delete any spam emails
Unsubscribe from marketing emails
Delete any emails no longer required
File any emails that need to be kept
Set up rules to manage inbox long-term

*Maximum of 3 hours. Any additional time will be charged at £30 p/hour

Email & Diary Management

£750

Includes:

Checking your inbox twice a day (AM & PM)*
Flag emails that require your attention
Deleting spam emails
Unsubscribing from marketing emails
Filing emails that require no action
Reply to emails with a holding message (TBD with you)
Book meetings/appointments

Blog Posts

£350

Includes:

3 blog posts - 500-600 words each (topics provided by you)
1 round of amends
3 stock images per blog sourced or your own images optimised for Google searches
3 social media captions per blog to use on your channels

Mailchimp Template Creation

£200

Having a consistent email template that represents you and your brand is crucial to your overall email marketing strategy.

But it's easy to lose hours trying to create it yourself, especially if Mailchimp feels like trying to learn a foreign language!

Let me help instead - send over your logo, brand colours, tagline and 2-3 examples of newsletters you like the layout of and let me do the rest.

Monthly Newsletter Support

£90

Got plenty to say, but Mailchimp brings you out in hives?

Share the load with monthly newsletter support - all you need to do is provide the text and I'll do the rest. Campaign creation, template formatting, subject line suggestion and hitting send - it's all included.

I'll also provide you with a top-level summary of your analytics each month so you can adjust your strategy accordingly (or not if everything is on the up!)

Power Hour

A Power Hour is an opportunity to get dedicated time to discuss whatever you want. With a Mailchimp Power Hour, you can pick my brain and get the most out of this hugely popular platform.

What we discuss is down to you - upon booking, I will send you a questionnaire where you can select popular topics to cover or ask for more bespoke advice. This means the hour together will be super-focused and we can easily tick off everything you want to discuss.

No question is too stupid - from getting started with your first campaign to setting up customer journeys - I'm more than happy to talk through and discuss what you need help with.
