What “Saving Time” Actually Looks Like

I say I help people save time. And that’s true.
But it’s easy to skim past that without really thinking about what it means in real life.
I was once asked to book a flight and a hotel. Sounds simple, right? Most people would say it takes 15 minutes, tops.
Except it didn’t.
There was a glitch on the airline website.
Cue clearing cookies, switching browsers, trying again on a different device, creating a new account (twice), and generally losing the will to live.
I honestly thought they were going to ask for a kidney and the breath of a unicorn before they’d take payment...!
Now imagine you’d carved out that “quick 15 minutes” in the middle of a packed workday - only to be met with that kind of utter chaos.
It’s the sort of faff that makes you want to chuck your laptop out the window.
But my client? Didn’t have to deal with any of it.
They got their travel sorted without lifting a finger.
And more importantly, they stayed focused on the stuff only they can do.
Because that’s what time-saving really looks like. It’s not just about ticking something off the list.
It’s about removing the hassle, the interruptions and the stress.
Have you ever thought a task would take 10 minutes, but it it ended up being a saga? Let me know - I guarantee you're not the only one!
